Room is very spacious, bed is big and comfortable, toilet comes with seat heater and bidet, nice shower water pressure and temperature, overall hotel is very clean and nice ambience. They are also environmentally conscious, eliminated single-use plastic amenities. Staff able to communicate fluently in English and very helpful. The Korean breakfast spread is awesome with various side dishes, seaweed soup, porridge, it just warms you up and energize you for the day. Location is just genius, you are at the center of everything with cafes and shops lining up in all four directions of the hotel, including the bus stops just right in front of the hotel. Definitely will be my choice for stay, if I ever visit Ulsan again.

The location is absolutely perfect, you have almost everything around you plus, the hotel is connected to a department store. The gym is perfect; and they have a golf yard that you can play.

Hotel is in the city centre (Note: KTX station is outside the city, you need to take 5001 bus. The station in the city is not the KTX station). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room quality is exactly what you'd expect for this price/stars level. nothing to complain about. great staff

The staff was very friendly, helped us in very good English. Everything was clean and neat. The room was spacious and had a desk, fouton and spacious bed. We had everything we needed and were treated with utmost kindness and care.

The room is big and clean, every one is nice, i was looking for vegetarian restaurants for dinner and the front desk they helped to fine, many services including to the price sich sauna, swiming pool and gym that can be used twice a day, the breakfast has divers menu for all style ( american & korean) parking lot is enough large so no problem to parking the car.

Location was great! Having currency exchange on site was convenient. Access to Lotte department is on site. Buffet breakfast was very delish and fresh, but it would of been nice to see a little bit of different assortment daily. Thank you for your service!
